The challenge
Booking happened by phone, and nobody knew when the carer would arrive or what happened on the previous visit.
The solution
A client app, a carer app, and an operations console: map-based booking, automatic dispatch to the nearest available carer, live visit tracking, and a report filed the moment it ends.
The result
“Where is the nurse?” calls all but disappeared, and every patient now has a complete visit history.
