What these terms cover

These terms apply to browsing this site and using its forms and its assistant. They do not govern any project we contract for; that is set out in a separate written proposal and agreement, and where the two differ, those documents come first.

We work to keep what is on the site accurate and current, but the content is here to describe our services. It is not a binding offer, and it is not technical advice to base a decision on. Any price or timeline mentioned here is indicative until you have it in a written proposal.

Projects and names shown

Some projects in the work section are illustrative examples built to show what we can do; others were delivered for real clients. Testimonials shown with a person's name are genuine. Client marks and logos belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.

The assistant

The assistant on this site answers automatically from the company information we publish. Its answers are for guidance, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a commitment from us on price, timeline or scope. What binds us is what reaches you in writing from the team.

Your use of the site

Please do not use the site to send unlawful or abusive content, to try to reach parts of it that are not public, or to load the service with automated requests. We may restrict access where it is misused.

Intellectual property

The design, text and logo of this site are ours, and may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission. You remain free to quote or refer to us with attribution.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from using it or from being unable to reach it, nor for the content of external sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may amend these terms, and an amendment takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
