Why El Karim
The difference shows up after delivery
Anyone can write code. The value is in code that stays fast, readable, and easy to change a year later.
Code you can keep building on
We write code for the next human to read it two years from now — reviewed on every change and documented at handover.
You own everything
The code, the database, the accounts, and the domain are yours. No forced dependency on us after delivery.
Speed you can measure
We agree a load-time budget before we start, and do not hand over until we hit it on an average connection.
A clear price up front
A detailed, itemised quote by milestone. No mid-project surprises and no hidden lines.
Security from the first line
Hashed passwords, granular permissions, an audit log, and protection against the common vulnerabilities — as the default, not an add-on.
Arabic and English, equally good
Complete right-to-left support and readable Arabic typography — no mirrored mess, no broken layout.

Our clients have the final word
For the first time I know the day’s profit before I close the shop. The system is clear and my staff picked it up in two days.

Our agents now work in dead zones and the data still arrives complete. That was our single biggest requirement.

The shift report matches the till to the pound. It ended a lot of end-of-day arguments.

FAQ
Answers to what we get asked most
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A marketing site runs two to four weeks; a full management system two to four months. You get a milestone timeline before signing.
Do I own the code after delivery?
Yes, entirely. You receive the source code, the database, and every account in your name — free to continue with us or with anyone else.
How is pricing decided?
After a free discovery session we send an itemised quote with clear payment milestones. The price is fixed unless you ask for work outside the agreed scope.
Is there support after launch?
Every project includes a free warranty period, followed by an optional support contract with a defined response time and regular updates.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes — we have clients across the Gulf and Europe. Work runs remotely with regular calls and staged delivery.
How do we get started?
Reach us from the contact page or on WhatsApp and describe the idea in a few lines. We then set a free call or meeting to understand how you work and what you actually need, and send a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and price. Nothing starts before you approve it.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first call or meeting, scoping the work and preparing the proposal are all free and carry no obligation. No cost arises before the proposal is signed.
Can I follow the work as it happens?
Yes, and it is built into how we work. Every two weeks we hand over a working slice for you to try yourself and comment on before we carry on. That prevents the end-of-project surprise where what was built turns out not to be what you pictured.
What if I need changes mid-project?
Changes inside the agreed scope are a normal part of the work and cost nothing extra. For anything outside it, we price its effect on timeline and cost and put that to you in writing before we build it, so no invoice arrives unannounced.
What do you need from me?
One person on your side who can make decisions and is reachable for questions, plus whatever content you already have — copy, images, a logo, existing data you want carried over. The rest is on us, and if the content is not ready we help you shape it.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We move data across from an old system or from Excel files, and review a sample with you before the full migration so you can confirm everything landed where it should.
Do you train our team?
Yes, training is part of handover rather than a separate line. We sit with the people who will use the system daily and walk through the tasks that actually matter to them, and leave you written documentation to refer back to.
What happens if a bug appears after handover?
Anything that does not work as delivered we fix at no charge during the warranty period set out in the proposal. After that, support continues under a maintenance package if you take one, and we remain reachable either way.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. Everything we build works on phone, tablet and desktop from day one — we do not treat that as an optional extra. And we test on real devices and browsers before handover, not just a simulator.
Do you support both Arabic and English?
Yes, and Arabic is not a translation pasted onto an English design. Right-to-left is fully supported and the Arabic typography is chosen to read properly, so the site reads as genuinely Arabic rather than mirrored.
Do you handle hosting and the domain?
We recommend hosting that fits the size of your project and set it all up. The account and domain are registered in your name, not ours, so they stay yours whoever works with you later.
How do you secure the system and its data?
Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read back, permissions are granular so staff see only what concerns them, and significant changes are written to an audit log you can review. Protection against the common vulnerabilities is the default, not an add-on.
Got an idea? Let us hear it
A genuinely free first consultation: we discuss the idea, define the scope, and give you a clear timeline and price.
