What we collect and why
When you send the contact form we keep what you wrote: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, the subject, the budget range and the body of your message. We also record the IP address the request came from, and use it only to protect ourselves from automated spam. All of it exists so that we can reply to you, and for nothing else.
When you subscribe to the newsletter we keep your email address and the language you chose. Nothing further.
We also log page views: which page was opened, in which language, where the visitor arrived from, and when. These logs contain no IP address and no identifier tied to you, and we use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. We cannot tell from this data who you are, and that is deliberate.
If you use the assistant on the site, what you type into it is sent to be answered as described below.
Where your data goes
The site and its database are hosted with Vercel and TiDB Cloud, with the database in Frankfurt, Germany. The database connection is encrypted.
Contact messages and new subscriptions also reach us as a Telegram notification, so that we can respond quickly. That means the content of your message passes through Telegram's servers.
Messages to the assistant are sent to Google through the Gemini API to generate a reply. Please do not put sensitive information into that chat: passwords, card numbers, or identity documents.
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when they load. This is common practice, but we state it because it is a technical fact with a bearing on your privacy.
Beyond the above, we do not sell your data and we do not share it with any advertiser or marketing company, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the one it was given for.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as they are useful to our relationship with you or to the record of a project. Newsletter data stays until you ask to unsubscribe. Page-view logs are kept in aggregate for statistics.
Your rights
At any time you may ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted entirely, or to unsubscribe. Write to us at the email or WhatsApp number on the contact page and we will act on your request within a reasonable time, without asking you for a reason.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed in a form that cannot be reversed, dashboard access is governed by specific permissions, and significant changes are written to an audit log. That said, nobody can promise absolute security on the internet, and we do not promise it.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page whenever what we collect, or where it goes, changes. The date shown at the top of the page is when it was last updated.
