The solution
A multi-tenant system: each merchant gets their own dashboard, inventory, and reports, with an admin layer that scores commission on every order and produces a ready settlement statement. Cart and checkout were rebuilt around the fewest possible steps.
The result
Closing the financial month went from a full week to about an hour, and checkout completion improved measurably.
