Agents work in areas with weak coverage, so data was being lost or entered twice.

We put a local database on the device with a sync queue that resolves conflicts automatically, behind a fully Arabic interface designed for one-handed use.

Zero data-loss incidents since launch, and visit completion time cut in half.
