The challenge
Operations could not see where vehicles were, or when a service was due — so trucks broke down mid-route.
The solution
We wired the trackers to a live map and built maintenance scheduling that warns days ahead, with fuel and service cost computed automatically per vehicle and per route.
The result
Unplanned breakdowns dropped noticeably, and route decisions now happen the same day.
