Charity donations platform

A platform that takes donations, tracks cases, and gives donors transparent reporting.

The challenge

Case data lived across spreadsheets and donor reports were assembled by hand every month.

We consolidated everything into one database with an online payment gateway and a full audit trail for every pound, from receipt to disbursement.

Online donations rose sharply once the transparency reports went live.
